  • The mat Pilates class that is the foundation of our Studio. This class uses the breath to support each movement. Here, we will help you learn the fundamental principles of Pilates. This class focuses on posture and anatomy: both key components to creating success in movement.

    Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, this class is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to move with grace and ease both on and off the mat. Get ready to breathe, align and connect with your body in a whole new way.

  • ELEVATE

    Both your body and mind will benefit from this elevated Pilates flow. This class gently guides you through fluid movements, fosters balance and strength all while prioritizing the restoration of your body’s natural range of motion.

    With a focus on the breath, each exercise encourages deep muscle activation and builds core strength to create stability from within. Embrace the journey towards greater flexibility and resilience as you move through each pose, leaving you feeling aligned, lengthened and revitalized.

ALL REFORMER

*We offer two sizes of machines in our ALL Reformer classes: Extended Carriage and Regular Carriage. Our three Extended Carriages offer priority to humans taller than 5 feet 9 inches or those wishing a little extra space on the carriage. Please note, these can be utilized by ALL humans, we just hold priority for those needing a little extra length.

  • The perfect welcome to our home! The ALL Reformer Introduction is the perfect class for those who are new to the reformer or new to moving with us at ALL Studio. In this 60 minute class, you will learn the principles of reformer Pilates, how we cue and guide movement along with the anatomy and functionality of the equipment. Here, we will help you tailor the reformer setup to suit your unique body, to ensure optimal alignment and comfort. This class embraces a deliberate, slower pace to prioritize precision and intentionality in every movement. You will leave this class feeling empowered to navigate the reformer safely and effectively so that you can get the most out of your practice.

  • Our foundational Pilates reformer class that guides you through the basics in the ALL Studio way: this class is soft, strong, and a little spicy all at once. Here we help you build confidence on the machine through simple yet effective movement sequences. We move at a slower and more intentional pace to help you connect to the movements (and the muscles) more deeply. You will improve your flexibility while toning targeted muscle groups you have never felt before.

  • For those who are looking to level up their reformer practice, the ALL Reformer Elevate class is the next step. Here, we skip the small talk and speed up transitions to get you feeling even more fire as you move through a powerful sequence on the machine. This class is for those who are ready to evolve from the Reformer Introduction and Begin classes: previous experience is required.

ALL STRENGTH

Whether it is full body, lower body, core or arms, our Strength class focuses on target muscle activation that will have you feeling strong and centered. Assisted by dumbbells and with a focus on form, this class aims to increase stability, strength and mobility through improved muscle tone.

ALL HIIT

*Not reccommended for Pre & Post Natal.

The ALL approach to high intensity interval training, this class is guaranteed to get you sweating. Our guides will take you through a series of energetic movements that increase in tempo and pace, followed by brief periods of rest. Approachable to all levels, you can challenge yourself or modify movements as needed to get the workout that you need.
