ALL Mat brings you back to where the Pilates method began - your own body as resistance, your breath as rhythm, and your mat as your teacher. Through a nervous system aware, anatomy-based approach, you’ll explore classical and contemporary Pilates sequences designed to improve posture, mobility, and strength. Expect thoughtful transitions, grounded breathwork, and the signature musicality that defines the ALL Method. Every movement becomes an invitation to tune in, restore balance, and move from a place of awareness rather than effort.
Best suited for: All levels. Ideal for anyone seeking a mindful, full-body workout that builds core intelligence, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Pre and postnatal friendly with modifications offered.
ALL STRENGTH
Strength that moves with you: ALL Strength blends intentional resistance training with the precision of Pilates. Here, we train through a nervous-system–aware lens to build functional strength for everyday life.This class combines functional exercises and clean progressions that prioritize form. Expect to challenge your boundaries and leave feeling energized — not depleted.
Best for: All levels. The perfect complement to your Pilates practice, or ideal for those looking to prioritize strength and power. Pre & Post-Natal friendly, with supportive modifications throughout.

*We offer two sizes of machines in our ALL Reformer classes: Extended Carriage and Regular Carriage. Our three Extended Carriages offer priority to humans taller than 5 feet 9 inches or those wishing a little extra space on the carriage. Please note, these can be utilized by ALL humans, we just hold priority for those needing a little extra length.

Using the Merrithew V2 Max, we’ll explore alignment, control, and stability while learning the language of your body and the beat of the Reformer. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your roots, Begin builds the foundation for strength, balance, and embodied confidence - one mindful (and musical) movement at a time.
Best suited for: ALL levels. Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, and pre & postnatal clients seeking grounded, supportive, and inclusive instruction.

With a touch more rhythm and creativity, we honour alignment, breath, and precision while inviting the joy of challenge. Think of it as your movement laboratory: where form meets freedom, and you start to feel your flow. The Bridge is where grace meets growth and movement begins to dance.
Best suited for: Those who have completed the ALL Reformer - Begin who want to refine form, build endurance, and explore dynamic flow with confidence.

Elevate is where precision meets play. Designed to expand your practice physically, mentally, and through a nervous system aware lens - this class brings heat, rhythm, and flow to your foundation. Expect dynamic sequences, musical transitions, and integrated strength work that challenge coordination, endurance, and creativity. Every move connects you deeper into your body’s intelligence, encouraging expression and joy alongside control and technique. This is where you rise: refined, grounded, and fully alive.
Best suited for: Designed for Guides, open to ALL experienced or advanced Reformer practitioners who are confident with spring settings, transitions, and anatomical alignment, and ready to move with intensity and flow. Completion of an ALL Reformer - Begin and ALL Reformer - Bridge is mandatory prior to booking.
Not appropriate for pre and post natal.

The Jump class brings a playful, cardio-infused twist to your Reformer practice. Using the Merrithew Jumpboard, we’ll explore low-impact, high-energy sequences that blend power, control, and rhythm. Each jump invites you to feel grounded through the feet while awakening buoyancy through the whole body - a nervous system aware approach to dynamic movement. Expect heart-igniting flows, precise transitions, and a pulse of musicality that keeps you moving with joy. Jump is where strength meets softness, and flight meets flow.
Best suited for: Intermediate to advanced movers who love rhythm, energy, and a little sweat - all while staying joint-friendly and connected to control.
Not suited for prenatal guests.

This class blends nervous system–aware alignment with powerful, stability-focused sequences that challenge balance, strength, and control. The Chair invites you to find support from the ground up, integrating classical and contemporary movement with musical precision and play. You’ll build resilience, coordination, and grace — learning how to stand taller, move smarter, and feel every muscle awaken in harmony.
Best suited for: Intermediate to advanced practitioners seeking deeper strength, balance, and stability work — ideal for those looking to complement their Reformer practice with vertical challenge and control.
