Need some ideas for how to get your steps in?
Walk to work or appointments
Add a 10-15 minute walk onto the beginning or end of your workout
Park your car a block further away from your destination than you usually would

Complete your weekly classes and habits and receive stamps on your ALL Access Challenge Card.
At the end of the 30 days, submit your completed ALL Access Challenge Card to the front desk to be entered to win prizes.
